How to use & safety
Place the mat flat where you want to use it. A non-slip rubber backing and a fastening strap under the headrest keep it in place.
Power it with the 110–240V wall adapter or the 12V car charger.
Choose a mode, an intensity level and a heat level (about 30, 40 or 50°C / 86, 104 or 122°F). Manual zone control covers the neck, back, hips and legs.
Pick a 10, 20 or 30-minute timer.
Fold it to 50 × 35 × 13 cm and store it in the gray bag.
