Where do you ship from?

All orders ship from our US-based warehouse.

How long does shipping take?

Most orders are processed in 1 business day. After that, delivery takes 3–7 business days. Total: about 4–8 business days.

Is shipping free?

Yes! All orders ship free within the United States.

Do you ship internationally?

Not at this time. We currently ship to US addresses only.

What is your return policy?

You can return items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, for any reason. Opening the packaging to try it is fine — it just needs to come back in its original condition with all packaging and accessories. Email support@justknead.com with your order number to start a return.

My item arrived damaged. What do I do?

Contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos or a short video of the damage. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you — nothing to send back.

How do I track my order?

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships.

What if my product is defective?

All products are covered by our 30-day return policy. If your product is defective, contact us and we'll replace it or refund you.

What power source do your massagers use?

It depends on the product. Our massager pillow is USB Type-C powered (adapter included). Our massage cushion and foot massager plug into a standard wall outlet.

Can I use the massage cushion in my car?

Yes! The shiatsu massage cushion comes with an elastic strap that attaches to car seats. You'll need a car power adapter (not included) or charge it at home before use.
