How to use & safety
Place the pillow behind your lower back on a chair, sofa or bed.
Plug it in and keep it connected while in use; unplug it afterward.
In manual mode, heat is red, vibration is blue and the airbag is green. Auto mode cycles through all three.
It switches itself off after 30 minutes. Overheat protection stops the heating at 55°C (131°F).
Unzip the breathable cover and hand wash it. Never wash the electronics.
