How to use & safety
Sit comfortably and place your feet in the openings.
Tap the touch panel with your foot to choose a mode: 6 automatic modes, 3 intensity levels and 3 vibration levels.
Choose heat if you want it (50–65°C / 122–149°F). The unit switches itself off after 10, 20 or 30 minutes.
Do not use it while sleeping.
Stop if it feels uncomfortable. If you have a medical condition or an implant, ask your doctor before using it.
